        1. Drafting and Vetting of Contracts and Agreements:
        Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal agreements to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. This includes:
        o Manufacturing & Quality Agreements
        o Service Agreements
        o Consultancy Agreements
        o Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)
        o Tri-Party Agreements
        o Leave and License Agreements
        o Rent Agreements
        o Loan License Agreements
        o Drafting and processing of Amendments to existing contracts as required
        o And any such other agreements as required on need-to-need basis.

        2. Legal Notices Relating to Intellectual Property (IP):

        3. Company Policies for Website Publication:
        Conduct legal vetting and approval of key consumer-facing policies intended for publication on the company’s website. These include:

        o Privacy Policies and any other website disclosures, ensuring they comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements

        4. Regulatory Notices and Compliance:
        Drafting and finalizing responses to notices received from regulatory bodies and government authorities. These typically relate to:
        o Non-Standard Quality (NSQ) product issues
        o National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) matters
        o Suspension or recall orders
        o Ensuring timely, accurate, and legally sound responses in coordination with regulatory, QA etc.

        5. Employment and Labour Law Matters:
        Handling a range of legal issues arising under employment and labour-related laws. This includes advisory and compliance work under:
        o The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act
        o The Minimum Wages Act
        o The Payment of Bonus Act
        o The Industrial Disputes Act and other relevant labour legislation
        o Assisting in internal HR legal issues, disciplinary actions, and employment contracts

        6. Filing of legal cases against rival companies in IP Infringement matters.

        7. Legal Research and Compliances:
        Conducting detailed legal research on existing and evolving laws applicable to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including:
        o Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act
        o Drugs and Cosmetics Act
        o Rules pertaining to Labelling and Packaging of pharmaceutical products
        o Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act
        o Legal Metrology Act
        Providing legal updates and guidance to internal teams on compliance requirements, regulatory developments, and industry-specific legal risks

        Desired Keyskills
